Clark Kerr Campus SWPPP Support Services

4LEAF provided the University of California at Berkeley (UC Berkeley) Capital Projects’ Department with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) services for the multi-phased Clark Kerr Campus Renewal Project on the UC Berkeley campus in Berkeley, CA.  The Clark Kerr Campus is a 50+acre sloping site at the base of the Berkeley Hills, southeast of the main campus of UC Berkeley. Construction activities included major seismic upgrades, tenant renovations, and utility upgrades to more than 15 on-site buildings; installation of new water supply lines, fire lines, sanitary sewer piping, and storm drain piping throughout the project’s boundaries; construction of an on-site storm-water retention basin; constructing new curb & gutters throughout the site; installing new landscaping; and constructing multiple new parking areas across the site.
