4LEAF provided additional field inspection support and quantity verification services for this $41 million project that included a 338-foot, three-span UPRR bridge at Decatur Boulevard, a 116-foot two-span UPRR bridge at Warm Springs Road, a temporary railway detour (shoofly), large-diameter water line relocations, cast-in-place and soil nail retaining walls, utility relocation and installations, a 63-acre-foot excavated detention basin, and a traffic signal system at the Decatur / Warm Springs intersection. Drainage improvements included reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, drop inlets, manholes, and other related structures.
