Desert Inn Deck

4LEAF provided construction management services and a Senior Project Representative for this $3.8 million Clark County Public Works project in Las Vagas, NV.  The work performed included constructing approximately 110 feet of bridge deck over the Desert Inn Road Superarterial, allowing the realignment of Stardust Drive and the Encore Hotel main driveway to improve traffic flow and signal efficiency.  Elements of work included bridge deck structure, tunnel lighting, tunnel lighting system improvements, dynamic message signs, a video surveillance system, asphalt paving, signing, striping, traffic signals, and other related items. The work also included demolition, removal, and disposal of designated features including barrier rail, signage, light poles, fencing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other features in conflict with the work.  In order to minimize traffic and business impacts, work was performed both day and night.
