4LEAF provided inspection services for the Green Valley Community College Trades Building project on behalf of the City of Auburn Building Department. This 61,000 sq. ft. Student Life Replacement project includes the bookstore, food service operations, meeting rooms, and staff spaces for student government, intramural, recreation, conference services, and athletics. The new space also includes a fitness center. It was designed and constructed to achieve a LEED Silver Rating and Energy efficiency and sustainability by designing this building to be energy and mechanically efficient and using sustainable, durable materials.
