Green Valley Community College Trades Building Project, Auburn, WA

4LEAF provided inspection services for the Green Valley Community College Trades Building project on behalf of the City of Auburn Building Department. The construction cost estimate for this LEED Silver designed project was $34.6 million. The project consisted of a one-story facility with approximately 71,500 sq. ft. of building space and several covered areas. The facility houses five Trades Division programs: Automotive, Auto Body, Carpentry, Manufacturing, and Welding. Each program includes laboratory as well as classroom spaces, faculty offices, and additional instructional support spaces. The facility is divided into two buildings that are connected by a canopy and include several mezzanines.
