4LEAF Consulting, LLC is providing construction management and inspection services for this $270 Million project that consists of design and construction of the future Interstate I-11 for approximately 12 miles from north of US-95 at Silverline Road to US-93 at the Nevada Interchange with SR 172. It includes the design and installation of ITS facilities from north of US-95 at Silverline Road to the Arizona border in Boulder City, Nevada.
Tasks being performed under 4LEAF’s construction management services contract include inspection oversight, materials testing, construction observation and oversight, environmental compliance, oversight of the Design-Builder’s (DB) mitigation of naturally-occurring asbestos (NOA), oversight of contractor’s quality control and quality assurance program, technical coordination related to engineering review and monitoring, project management, public relations, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic coordination and surveillance, change order evaluation and recommendations, schedule analysis, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution.
