4LEAF is providing Inspector of Record services for this project that consists of approximately 140,000 gross-sq-ft, $145 million computer facility and associated infrastructure with accommodations for approximately 300 staff. Designed to take advantage of the cool Berkeley climate, the CRT is anticipated to set a new standard in energy efficiency for high performance computing.
