4LEAF worked on two separate contracts totaling $1.2 million for the reconstruction of a new water treatment plant building. This new plant included the removal of the existing membrane and replacing with a new membrane system that has three separate treatment phases including membrane, chlorination, and sulfur dioxide. 4LEAF was also responsible for performing inspection and construction management of underground line for the water tanks. The facility also included new liners, pumps, and controls. This facility can store 5,000 gallons per day.
